Fall Check-Up
More often than not, fall time checkups are overlooked or forgotten about. There are (primarily) two types of heating systems used in the North Texas area. The most common type in the urban area is gas heat. The other type of heating equipment is electric heat. This can utilize a heat pump, electric heat strips, or the two of them working together.
Gas heat has flames burning inside your house and for safety reasons a yearly basic checkup is prudent. With the checkup all portions of your heating system will be tested and cleaned so that your system will run efficiently for the upcoming winter season.
Electric heat and heat pumps have no flames, which drastically reduce safety concerns, but these systems have a much larger utility consumption rate. Proper function of all components will help minimize your electric bills and keep your equipment running at full capacity.
With both types of equipment, routine maintenance is the best way to have your equipment function at peak performance levels and maximize your utility dollars spent. Have us come out to check your equipment and keep your home safe and comfortable!

Did you know?
Bryant has been around since 1904. Charles Bryant is the developer of the modern day furnace and offered 80% efficiency on their furnaces in 1919. They partnered with Payne in 1949 and in the mid 1950s were bought by Carrier. In the 1980s Bryant was one of the first pioneers of the 90% furnace. That is part of why Prosper's Finest A/C and Heat is proud to be a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer!Brrrrrr...Did your furnace turn on today? Here is a new Bryant furnace install that we did recently
